Possum Ridge String Band

The Possum Ridge String Band plays Old-Time and Celtic music. We are dedicated amateurs and we have an excellent rehearsal-to-performance ratio. Upcoming Events

Saturday, May 3, 2008: Appearing on stage at the Culpeper Depot for the Culpeper Days festival. We'll be playing lively Irish and Old-Time music starting at 4:15pm, and we hope to see you there. This is a free event.

 

Russ Myers

On September 10, 2006 our friend Russ Myers departed this life after a long battle with multiple ailments. He was our master bones player, storyteller, and star of our CD. We miss him. We are confident he has joined the Heavenly Choir, as he believed, but we doubt he is playing anything as sedate as the Harp.
